Do you really offer free shipping?
Yes — every order ships free to the contiguous United States with no minimum. The price you see on the product page is the total price you pay. We're also tax-free.
How long will my furniture take to arrive?
Orders are processed in 2–3 business days. Small items arrive in 5–8 business days. Larger items like sofas, beds, and sectionals ship by freight and take 7–12 business days.
Do I need to assemble my furniture?
Most pieces require some assembly, but we include all hardware and clear instructions. Assembly typically takes 15–45 minutes depending on the piece.
What if my furniture arrives damaged?
Send photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll ship a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. No return shipping cost on damaged items.
Can I return furniture if I change my mind?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return items in original condition and packaging. Email info@modfurniturenyc.com to start a return.
Are the materials genuine?
Yes. When we list walnut, powder-coated steel, or high-density foam, that's what you get. We don't use particleboard disguised as solid wood.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Currently we ship to the contiguous United States only. Email us for Alaska/Hawaii inquiries.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Our checkout uses SSL encryption and your card details are processed securely. We never store full card numbers.
